The purpose of the event is to promote interaction between First Responders and the public they serve in a Western lifestyle environment, all while raising funds in support of First Responder PTSD and Child protection.
Tantus Completes Alberta Community Safety Analytics Lab Planning Study
Tantus recently completed a Planning Study for the Alberta Community Safety Analytics Lab (ACSAL). The team worked collaboratively with stakeholders to examine a range of themes including environmental factors, existing analytics initiatives in other related jurisdictions, governance, corporate forms, academic and industry partnerships, technology practices and options, privacy and security, operating practices, staffing, funding and costs as well as associated risk factors. The analysis and associated findings were foundational in Tantus presenting a series of recommendations including a proposed model of the lab which would accommodate the needs of the policing agencies, AJSG and other stakeholders.
Toy Drive in Support of Zebra
On May 31, Tantus employees completed a toy drive in support of the Zebra Child & Youth Advocacy Centre.

This July Tantus had the opportunity to be sponsoring the Zebra Kid’s Corral at Edmonton First Responders Rodeo at the Kinsmen Rodeo Grounds in St. Albert.
The purpose of this event is to promote interaction between First Responders and the public they serve in a Western lifestyle environment, all while raising funds in support of First Responder PTSD and Child protection. This event was certainly a wonderful time in support of two great causes for all Tantus employees and their immediate family members.
