Strathcona County
Project Summary
We have a long history of working with Strathcona County on a range of initiatives across the organization. We have been retained by the County on a range of executive and operational level initiatives, including: supporting a large scale, organization-wide review of all County departments to ensure optimal organization and performance; supporting a long-term collaboration opportunity review with the County and a neighboring municipality; conducting a review of roles and responsibilities of two overlapping departments through a Task Analysis review, and supporting the County throughout its GPS/AVL implementation cycle for its fleet, including initial planning and assessment, implementation support for the new devices, and ongoing data analysis of GPS/AVL data and fleet performance.
