Project Summary
Merit Contractors Association selected Tantus to provide project supports through a multi-year replacement of its core benefits administration system, which is one of the most critical and valuable system the organization has. The support initiated with Tantus being retained by Merit for the development of a business case to determine the current state of the system and map out potential alternatives for the organization. The business case determined a direction for the organization, and Tantus continued to support system implementation, providing a range of project management, project planning, business analysis and data conversion supports to the organization.
