His extensive expertise in holistic program management aligns technology and business process transformation with organizational needs, while his leadership in change management drives successful project outcomes. As a leader, he has implemented Offender Management Systems, Jail Management Systems, 9-1-1 systems, and other corrections and policing-related solutions. Lyne enjoys outdoor living and urban farming, often building or growing something. Lyne is always looking for efficient ways to use technology to support day-to-day life with his most recent projects focussed on off-grid recreation.
