Chris Young serves as the Director of Corrections Consulting at Tantus, where he plays a key role within the Justice and Enforcement practice. With nearly two decades of experience at the company, Chris has built a strong track record working with corrections clients across North America and South Australia. He is a seasoned speaker, having presented multiple times at the Corrections Technology Association conference in the United States.

Chris brings comprehensive expertise in the full project lifecycle, including procurement, RFP development, design, implementation, and operational support. He is an accomplished facilitator, trainer, and certified change practitioner, committed to helping clients optimize their business processes and implement technical solutions that drive efficiency and ease. Chris is passionate about collaborating closely with clients to deliver impactful, tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

Outside of work, Chris and his wife Caylan are dedicated parents, balancing the roles of full-time chauffeurs for their two young children, ensuring they never miss a dance or hockey practice. The family also enjoys traveling, golfing, and skiing, making the most of their time together whenever they can.
